Bookings
All bookings are managed through our booking partner Fresha. Please review Fresha's terms at time of booking. A card may be required to secure certain appointments.
Cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules so we can offer the time to other guests. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
Specials & Promotions
Specials cannot be redeemed with vouchers or used in conjunction with other offers unless specifically stated.
Gift cards
Gift cards are redeemable on regular-priced treatments and services. Not redeemable for cash. See gift card terms at purchase.

Our treatments are for relaxation and general wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical advice. Please tell your therapist about any medical conditions, allergies or concerns before your treatment.
